Plastic liners can rip and tear. improper installation can allow moisture to escape through the liner.
Concrete with drain tile eliminates moisture and lowers Radon levels for a healthier home. Concreting a crawlspace with drain tile can be completed in one day and leave you with cleaner air. Concrete creates a dry, usable space.

- Level the dirt in the unfinished crawlspace.
- Trench 9 inches wide and to the bottom of the footings.
- Install the 4 inch drain tile pipe covered by gravel, to ensure protection from debris.
- Cover the unfinished dirt with a vapor barrier, to trap moisture and gas.
- Pump in at least 3.5 to 4 inches of concrete
